How to Leverage Big Data Analytic Capabilities for Innovation Ambidexterity: A Mediated Moderation Model

Building upon the knowledge-based dynamic capabilities view, this study seeks to examine how big data analytic can be leveraged improve innovation ambidexterity by developing a mediated moderation framework. Survey were collected from 199 Chinese companies test our model. The results indicate that decision-making capability mediates relationship between and ambidexterity, mediating is conditional on moderator variable of cross-functional integration. This enriches literature about clarifying are positively related uncovering driver for pursuing in digital context. It also contributes line research revealing contingent factors leverage perspective.
